The Slight Edge

I was reading from The Slight Edge (by Jeff Olson) while I had lunch today.  Here’s what it had to say:
“The success curve and the failure curve run parallel to each other for a long time.  To pass may be so close together that it’s impossible for most people you can see the distinction between them.  Then, all of a sudden, they veer away from each other…
Everything is constantly changing.  There are only two possibilities.  Either you let go of where you are and get up to where you could be, or you hang onto where you are and give up on [what’s possible].”

Olson talks about doing just one little thing each day, for one thing it might be easier not to do, the one thing that, accumulated over time, can make all the difference.  That’s your slight edge.
What’s the one thing you’ve been avoiding or procrastinating about?  Make a commitment take action today.
Make a commitment to your own success.
